flog update
Securely replace the running Flog executable. To update project dependencies,
use flog upgrade.

Options and behaviour#
The updater uses public Repopack Release discovery. With no saved override, each
invocation follows the discovered default. --channel <name> selects a discovered
channel; the example assumes a channel named stable is available.
A successful nondefault selection saves its durable channel ID. Selecting the
default clears the override. --releases-url <url> chooses a compatible discovery
origin; --config <absolute-path> chooses alternate state. Exact versions remain
a standalone-installer feature.
